How much should the hair sample postage cost?

For customers that purchased a test kit, we provide a pre-paid Royal Mail return envelope. If you have purchased our digital option, you will have to purchase your own return envelope. A first-class stamp would be more than sufficient. We recommend to pop into your local Post Office so your sample is tracked. This will ensure your sample arrives safely to us.
